Terms of Service

ArchViz Pro provides on-demand video courses, downloadable resources, mentorship sessions and community access focused on architectural visualization education. Course availability, mentorship cadence and features depend on the plan you purchase.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have parental consent where required by your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the courses and materials for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, copy, or share your login. Project files supplied for exercises may be used in your personal portfolio; the underlying courseware may not.

Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Access is granted upon confirmed payment. Promotional pricing is time-limited and non-retroactive.

Purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee described in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, share account credentials, upload malicious content, harass other students or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All course videos, texts, materials, brand assets and platform code are owned by ArchViz Pro or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You retain ownership of the work you produce; we may, with your permission, feature standout student work in marketing.

The service is provided "as is". While we work hard to deliver a high-quality curriculum, outcomes depend on your effort and market conditions. We do not guarantee employment, income or specific project results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to ArchViz Pro in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, unless mandatory local consumer-protection rules apply.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice at least 15 days before they take effect.
